6 day Benalmadena break with Caminito del Rey Walk, including 2 extra excursions - May / Sept / Oct 2023

On day 4 we have the excursion to walk the world famous Caminito Del Rey. Just a short coachride away to the quaint hamlet of El Chorro the sight of the Caminito path will simply take your breath away. You must have a good head for heights as this walk is not for the faint hearted but incredibly impressive views await the brave !!!!. ( The walk is approx 8 kms from start to finish with the actual wooden walkway being approx 3kms ) . Lunch is included in the price for after the walk so you can recharge the batteries and have a relaxing meal and drinks before our journey back to Benalmadena. 

Staying at the 4star Hotel Siroco in Benalmadena on the Costa Del Sol just a stones throw away from the main beach and promenade you couldn't ask for a better location.  The hotel offers comfortable, spacious rooms, a large pool and sun terrace, nightly entertainment in the lively bar area, hair dressing salon on site, gift shop, the usual friendly faces to assist you, and much more.  Benalmadena is one of Costa Del Sols top beach resorts and offers a long sandy beach, fun cable car ride to the top of the mountain, theme parks, mini golf courses, bars, restaurants, lovely parks and gardens to stroll through.

This is a special 6 days on the Costa del Sol, which also includes  not only the Caminito del Rey but also fantastic day excursions to Malaga and GIbraltar. Malaga is the beautiful, coastal, underrated Andalusian city has so much history and culture you will be in awe of its charm.  With a rich Picasso history,  stunning cathedral, well preserved Alcazaba with its breath-taking views over the sea and city, traditional bull ring and even the English Cemetery is a top tourist attraction you wont be short of things to do. 

Gibraltar is our other day excursion and you can take in so much while there from shopping at UK branded stores, taking the full Rock Tour ( and we recommend that you do ), be in awe at the spectacular caves of St Michael, take a cheeky selfie with the famous Gibraltar Apes or even have a pie and a pint at the local pub.
