Hugos Home Farm & Cabo de Palos Selected Fridays

Due to popular demand we are now pleased to offer a trip to the famous Hugos Home Farm ( as seen on Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun ). Located in the outskirts of Murcia Hugos Home farm is dedicated to rescuing abused, neglected or abandoned equines in the Alicante / Murcia area. 

This centre houses various animals and the founder Colin, has set up the centre, charity  and added a few more animals along the way. On your visit you may come across chickens, ducks, love birds, peacocks, micro pigs, pygmy goats, alpacas, donkeys, ponies and of course horses.

This tour does not include an entry fee to the farm, nor do they charge one, but they rely very heavily on donations so please bear this in mind and leave them a kind donation upon your arrival to the charity. 

After a few hours at the farm we head over to the coastal town of Cabo de Palos. With its famous lighthouse looking over the town you can have a wander around the town, wander up to the lighthouse ( be advised that parts of the pathways may be closed off as the lighthouse and surrounding paths are due to undergo a major renovation ). The town is home to many a restaurant and cafe where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch before we head home. 

Please note that the farm is accessed via uneven paths and is NOT suitable for wheelchairs and electric scooters.
