Peñiscola 4 day break including 2 excursions Various Dates 2024

A lovely relaxing 4 day break. Based in the large well equipped 4*superior  Papa Luna hotel. The hotel is seafront and offers nightly entertainment. It also has a large swimming pool .  The town of Peñiscola is situated on the coast a little north of Valencia. It is a small but very pretty town, with long golden beaches and a charming seafront castle  which is surrounded by narrow cobbled streets, which are filled with a myriad of restaurants, street cafes and gift shops. All this overlooks a delightful port area. A really relaxing location. The day trip to Morella which is included in the price takes you to a magnificently walled village  which overlooks the surrounding planes. It is unlikely you have ever seen anything like this charming medieval town. It makes a terrific day out. 

We include for 2024 a visit to the spectacular San Josep caves whilst on our return journey. these caves are visited by boat ride and is the longest navegable underground riverin Europe. The boat ride is included int he price of this holiday. 

• Day 1:  Day of travel with coffee stops en route, arriving at hotel early afternoon.
• Day 2:  Free day to explore Peñiscola
• Day 3:  Optional half day excursion to Morella (included in the price)
• Day 4:  Travelling home, leaving just after lunch, with coffee stops en route and a visit to the San Josep Caves with boat ride ( included in price ).
