Zaragoza is home to the impressive Basilica del Pilar which dates back to 9th century and is dedicated to the Virgin of Pilar. It is an incredible buiilding and really has to be seen to be believed.
We also have an excursion to the stunning Stone Monastery ( Monasterio de Piedra ). Famous for its impressive gardens, waterfalls and monastery building. The monastery was inhabited for centuries and the monks who lived there transformed the area into an oasis of tranquility with numerous tropical plants, trees, numerous waterfalls, trout pond and so much more. The visit ends with a delicious menu del dia in the monastery restaurant ( included in the price ).
